👥 User Groups in Rayven
User groups define what data, dashboards, and interfaces users can access. By assigning users to groups, you can:

Control visibility of specific dashboards or interfaces.

Set permissions for actions like editing, viewing, or executing workflows.

Enforce data segmentation and operational boundaries by role or team.
This structure helps you maintain data security while enabling collaboration across departments or clients.
📋 Users Page
The Users section gives you an overview of all users in your Rayven environment.

Add New | Create a new user account |
User Name | Full name of the user |
User Group | Group the user belongs to (clickable for quick group navigation) |

➕ Add a New User
To add a new user:

Navigate to Users from the main menu.

Click Add New.

Fill in user details: Name, Email, Phone (optional), Role.

Assign to a User Group.

Save to activate the user.

The User Groups section helps you manage sets of users with shared permissions.
