Navigate back to your main dashboard. This is the landing area where you can view system activity, recent projects, notifications, and other workspace-wide insights.

    Create New App

This section allows you to start building new applications from templates or scratch. It’s categorized into different app types to support specific use cases.

    Web App

Design responsive front-end applications for web interaction—ideal for internal portals, dashboards, and customer-facing tools.

    • Uses: Tables (for storing data), Workflows (for backend logic), Interfaces (for front-end UI), and User Management (to control who sees what).
➡️ How to Create Web App

     Workflow App

Build backend logic systems that automate processes, transform data, and drive decisioning. Interfaces and user management are optional depending on your needs.

    • Uses: Tables (for logging and storing results), Workflows (core logic engine).

    • Optional: Interfaces (if you want to visualize or monitor the workflow), Users (if visibility or access control is needed).
➡️ How to Create Workflow App

    IoT App

Create apps that connect to IoT devices and sensors. These apps are built to handle high-volume telemetry data, trigger alerts, and manage edge interactions.

    • Uses: Tables (for sensor data), Workflows (for real-time logic), Interfaces (for device dashboards), and User Management (for site-specific access or control).
➡️ How to Create IoT App

    QR Code App

Design lightweight apps triggered by QR code scans—great for field operations, asset tracking, or marketing engagement.

    • Uses: Tables (to store scan data or actions), Workflows (for logic after scan), Interfaces (mobile-friendly UI), and User Management (if scans need to be tracked per user).
➡️ How to Create QR Code App

    AI App

Deploy intelligent applications with AI models, such as recommendation engines or predictive tools.

    • Uses: Tables (to train and store model inputs/outputs), Workflows (to orchestrate AI actions), Interfaces (for insights & control panels), and User Management (for segmented access).
➡️ How to Create AI App

    Forms App

Build interactive data capture forms for inspections, audits, surveys, or onboarding processes.

    • Uses: Tables (to capture form submissions), Workflows (to route data or trigger actions), Interfaces (to present forms), and User Management (to assign and track submissions).
➡️ How to Create Forms App

    Other

Use this option to start with a blank app or explore app types not covered in predefined categories.

    • Uses: Flexible—combine Tables, Workflows, Interfaces, and User Management as needed depending on the custom app requirements.

    Workspace Middle Section Overview

The central area of the Rayven.io Workspace homepage is designed to help you take immediate action—whether you’re creating a new app, tracking platform activity, or managing existing projects. Here's a breakdown of the elements you’ll see and how to use them:

Pick Your Path: AI, Template, or Scratch

You can kickstart your app-building journey using three flexible options, depending on your experience and goals:

    pickpath

    Create Using AI

Leverage Rayven.io’s generative AI to build an application in seconds. Just describe what you need, and our AI will assemble the structure, workflows, tables, and user flows for you.
Best for: Rapid prototyping, idea validation, and non-technical users.

    Create From Template

Choose from a library of ready-made templates tailored for various industries and use cases. These come preloaded with workflows, tables, interfaces, and user setups to give you a head start.
Best for: Common use cases, repeatable business scenarios.

    Create From Scratch

Start with a blank canvas and full control. Define everything from the database schema to workflows, interfaces, and user access from the ground up.
Best for: Custom solutions and experienced users who want complete flexibility.

    Activity & Key Metrics

    activity

Get a snapshot of your workspace’s real-time activity to stay informed about system usage and growth:

    • Active Apps: 52
Number of live applications currently running in your workspace.

    • Registered Users For All Apps: 199
Total users registered across all your apps, including internal and external audiences.

    • Tx Per Hour (In the last 24 hours): 24,000
Average number of transactions processed per hour, providing a glimpse into backend load and app interactions.

    My Apps

This section provides a quick overview and direct access to all the applications you’ve built or are collaborating on. Each app is listed with its status, type, and creation details.
Use this panel to launch, edit, monitor, or delete apps as needed.

Settings Panel Overview

Settings

The Settings panel is where you configure and manage key aspects of your Rayven.io workspace, apps, users, and system preferences. It’s designed to give administrators and developers full control over both technical and organizational-level settings.

Here’s a breakdown of each option available under Settings:

Application Users

Manage users who interact with your published applications (e.g., customers, field workers, stakeholders).

  • Assign app-level roles and permissions

  • Track logins and activity per user

  • Reset credentials or revoke access

Workspace Users

Administer internal team members who build and maintain apps within the Rayven.io platform.

  • Invite new builders, analysts, or admins

  • Define workspace roles (e.g., Admin, Developer, Viewer)

  • Manage permissions across apps and tools

Service Usage

Track your workspace’s resource consumption and system load.
