Utilizes still images to convey information or represent data visually. This can range from photographs and illustrations to infographics and charts. Suitable for enhancing reports, presentations, and dashboards.

What is are Images?

Images is to display images on a dashboard interface. This node allows users to add multiple images to the dashboard, which can then be selected and displayed individually. It's particularly useful for visualizing images or graphics within a dashboard environment, providing users with a way to view relevant visual content alongside other data or information. Whether it's displaying photographs, charts, diagrams, or any other visual content, the Image node offers a straightforward and customizable way to incorporate images into dashboard layouts, enhancing the overall user experience and facilitating effective data communication.

How to Use

Implementation

In the Rayven Workflow Builder:

Select Visualizations.
Drag the Images node to the canvas.
Connect the Images node to your input node.
Double click on the Images node to open the configuration window.

Configuration

Section: General
This section contains basic configuration elements required for any Image node implementation
Field	Requirement	Comments
Widget Name	Mandatory	Enter a name for this node. This provides a handle to which you and others can refer, so it should be simple but meaningful and explain the node’s purpose.
Widget Subtitle	Optional	Additional text that can be used to explain the data presented by the node. This will appear directly under the Widget Name, in a smaller text size.
Image Name	Mandatory	The name of the image, this can be displayed on the dashboard, and will be the value used to select the image. Multiple images can be added to the node by clicking ⊕ Add Image
Image	Mandatory	The image can be uploaded by clicking Upload Image and selecting the desired file. It is recommended that users determine the size of the image widget on the dashboard prior to uploading an image. For example, an image size of 464 by 464px will display well on 4x7 dashboard’s grid system
Widget Header	Mandatory	Ability to hide or show the widget’s header.
Device/Device Label Name	Mandatory	Select this checkbox to display the device or label name on the widget.
Dashboard to Link to	Optional	A dropdown list of dashboards in this solution. If selected, clicking the image on the live dashboard, will link to the selected dashboard.

Section: Tooltip Info
Field	Requirement	Comments
Show Tooltip	Optional	When checked, it allows users to display their tooltip text on the widget.
Tooltip Text	Optional	This section only exists when “Show Tooltip” is checked. Users are able to write any tooltip message they desire which will be display on the widget.

Section: Group by Device Label
Field	Requirement	Comments
Device label name	Mandatory	There are no labels available in this box until you have saved at least one in the Device Labels section of the Workspace. Select a Label to use to filter devices.
Grouped	Mandatory	Select a method for grouping Images widgets on the dashboard from the dropdown: No Grouping (widget per device): one Images widget will appear for each device Group by device label value (Widget per label value): One Images widget will appear for each value of a label. For example, if the Label is ‘Color’ and there are the values ‘Green’ and ‘Gold’, then two Images widgets will be displayed, one with devices with Color Label equal to “Green” and one with devices with Color Label equal to “Gold” Group by device label name (One widget): Only one Images widget will be displayed and this will contain all devices.
