Email & SMS Log

The Email & SMS Log allows you to track communications sent through the platform, ensuring transparency and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Step 1: From the workspace header, select Email & SMS Log.
  • Step 2: Browse the list of all communications sent from the platform, including:
    • Recipient details: Names and contact information.
    • Message Content: A copy of the email or SMS.
    • Status: Sent, failed, or pending messages.
  • Step 3: Use filters to search by date, recipient, or message type.
  • Step 4: Export the logs for record-keeping or troubleshooting purposes.

A retail company using Rayven to send out SMS notifications for stock updates can use this log to ensure messages were sent correctly, follow up on failed messages, or analyze the effectiveness of communication.
